Genus Sciota Hulst, 1888 in the Iberian Península (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae, Phycitinae)

The adults, genital structures and immature stages of the two species and one subspecies of genus Sciota Hulst, 1888 that inhabit the Iberian Peninsula are illustrated: Sciota rhenella laetifica (Ragonot, 1893), Sciota hostilis (Stephens, 1834) and Sciota elegiella (Zerny, [1929] 1928). Data about their biological cycle, foodplants and distribution are also presented.
